I wanted these for our Christmas tree and wasn't sure how many I would need, turns out 2 was perfect for our 6.5 foot tree. Our tree is flocked so the light reflects off the white in a really pretty way. The only thing is I thought I could choose which color setting I wanted, but that's not the case. The multicolor lights are just rainbow. There are other settings that are nice, lights fading in and out, and one of the settings does cause the color to alternate between a blue and green and a red and orange and that's very pretty we use it a lot, but I wish I could set it to stay lit up solid in those other color options too. But overall I'm very happy with these!
