I bought these lights to put up inside. After being on a couple of hours, they were hot to the touch. I had to taken them down.These lights can be difficult to find in stores. I loved the retro look and was pleased with the price point. When they arrived, one of the bulbs was out. Sent a message to the seller and customer service was wonderful and sent replacements immediately which arrived in 3 days even during the holiday weekend and now works like a charm. Will likely buy more for next year.Other types of lights if one bulb goes out the whole strand doesn’t work. With these, bulbs can be replaced as needed which is an advantage for long-term use. Would highly recommend these, especially with the great customer service!If you are wanting the legit retro look, these are the ones you want. The other "modern" ones out there just can't pull it off despite their "advances".If you're expecting these not to shatter on rare occasion then you're in the wrong place. It's the nature of the beast.They don't get hot like some reviewers have said. Ignore those.Ordered the lights and received them the next day. Plugged it in and they all worked.These lights are super fragile. I plugged them up one time and the fuse blew out. Had to search for a fuse from another set to get them to work, the one side came clipped falling to the floor and three lights broke. Bummer. Plus they’re kind of expensive in my opinion.all 12 boxes i ordered , all the bulbs came unbroken,and it worked the whole xmas holiday with NO problems… thank you Amazon for a great product!I ordered 2 strands of these lights to wrap around my porch as a Halloween decoration. They were vibrant and exciting. A few of the bulb did not illuminate and few wore out quickly. I asked the vendor if that was normal and they responded very quickly and thoroughly. They made it right immediately.I'd be happy to order from them again......honest, reliable, and follow-through.I ordered five 25-foot strands of multi-colored Christmas lights as I plug each of them in to check to make sure they work right after receiving them a green ball was out and a red bulb was out out of the five strands I would think for $116.27 that all the bulbs would work and I was under the impression they came with extra bulbs which they did not. Again for $116.27 or 23 cents something like that all the bulbs should work when you plug it in for the first timeThe shipping costs were exorbitant! Absolutely highway robbery!But, I still ordered the lights as I wanted to brighten up my yard with pastels, to cheer my family and my neighbors, during these incredibly difficult and dark times due to the pandemic.Additionally, a few of the lights, right out of the box, did not light. That was very disappointing.
