I'm not a big fan of LED string lights when it comes to Christmas decorating. I like the old-school look of traditional incandescent mini lights since that's what I grew up with. It is getting increasingly more difficult to find a quality set of these. Many of the cheap sets are dim, don't have great color and/or have the bulbs spaced too far apart. Not to mention they don't last more than a season or two. I'm happy to report these appear to be built well, put out just the right amount of light and have great color!This is for the 300 count multi-color incandescent green wire set. Out of the box, you get two sets of 150 lights with the bulbs bundled every 50 along the strand. This makes installing much easier without having to worry about the lights getting tangled as you go since you can move along in 50 light sets before unwinding the next 50 on the strand. It made dealing my a tall Christmas tree much easier as I made my way to the top. Now I just need to figure out how to pack them up so it goes as well next year! If you are looking for a quality set of traditional incandescent mini lights, you won't be disappointed with these.Put the bulbs in so the lights would blink. The first night all was good. The second night 2/3s of the lights blink the other stopped. The other set of lights the 1 part is out and the other 2 parts are blinking like they should. Wasted the time to decorate the trees.Got warm enough that I wen out and messed with bulbs, sure enough after a couple of bulbs the lights started working again and havent stopped.I accidentally got one strand of the led lights last year, and I hated them! The new ones have orange instead of yellow and no pink. I love these, they match my other lights and remind me of our lights growing up. A lot of the reviews said they are hot. They are hotter than the LEDs. But they aren't any hotter than the ones I've been using for years without issue. Once they are spread out on the tree they don't feel that warm. As others have said, they are packaged well for easy distribution on the tree.So many different lights to choose from on Amazon, and the reason I went with these is because they showed the packaging in the image. Because the box looked neatly designed, I figured the lights were of good quality, and I was correct. These come very wall packaged in two separate bundles. Everything is neatly tied together and once you unbundle them they're easy to work with and don't get twisted. Most importantly they worked when I plugged them in and look great. I also purchased two boxes of the colored lights - those are great as well.They don't last very long, but they look nice!Used them for our Christmas tree and they look beautifulThey will work for a year or two then it's the trash. I don't know why they include the repair kit with the spare lights. You are never fixing these lights, when they die it's over.The 900 lights have been on my tree for three days, and are left on all night. All bulbs worked straight out of the box, and none have burnt out since they were put on the tree three days ago. It's good the string of 300 lights are broken down into two strings of 150 as it makes wrapping a tree much more easier.
