Twinkle Star 50 LED C9 Christmas String Lights - 33ft Outdoor Fairy Lights with 29V Safe Adapter, Extendable Green Wire for Holiday Decorations | Perfect for Christmas Tree, Halloween, Wedding, Patio & Party Decor

I purchased this string and another string of the Noma brand (same length and number of lamps) at the same time -- this brand is easily twice as bright as the Noma brand. They are the perfect brightness for outdoor lights and they seem to be well constructed. Very happy with the purchase -- I returned the Noma brand.Update -- I have since this review also purchased the "BrizLabs 33ft C9 Christmas Lights, 50 LED Christmas String Lights" and the BrizLabs brand is even brighter and appear to be built with wire that has thicker insulation (I did not cut the wire open, but I'm guessing that the wire gauge is the same with thicker insulation -- these draw so little current that there isn't any reason to use larger gauge wire). I would guess that the BrizLabs brand will last even longer (because of the thicker wire resisting wire breakage and thus loose connections) and I also like the fact that they are every bit as bright as the old C7 incandescent lights (I have several strings of these old incandescent strings right next to the BrizLabs and Twinkle Star LED strings) -- which I would guess would make them about 20-30% brighter than this Twinkle Star brand. I think that the Twinkle Star brand are still a decent value, but the BrizLabs are even better.lights in picture looked gold in color, but picture is deceiving and are actually whiteI got this product in green and purple. One of the things I really liked about it was that it had such a long, thin lead from the plug to the light starting, but it has a very unique connector that would allow you to connect the strands together. (Which would bypass the lead for second strands.) The bulb covers themselves will untwist from the base, so we chose to alternate the purple and green on one strand (Mardi Gras). The lights underneath have a tint to them as well, so the green on purple looked better than the purple on green (if that makes sense?) The whole bulb + base mechanism slid off a few times, but it was super easy to reconnect.I’ve only had them up a few days, outside. But if these last, I would absolutely buy them again.Like the brightness and white color providedSecond time I’ve bought this. The new one stopped working after 2 weeks. I switched out the plug from 1st one and they come on, but I’m past the 30 day return time. Not worth the price for 2 weeks of use ! ?I bought three if these lights but had to return a set as it was missing a couple bulb housing (the base and the plastic C9-shaped caps). Several caps were actually loose so make sure you tighten each one before you put them up.The lights were fairly bright. I've had brighter but these ones are still brighter than the ones I got from the big hardware stores (see photo: the left one is the Twinkle Star Warm White 50 LED, the right one is from a 25 bulb C9 LED lights from one of the big hardware stores).The distances between bulbs are indeed 8 inches apart. The lead wire is long enough that it iwas easier to maneuver and hide than the bulky outdoor extension cords.The screw cap ends are easy to connect to another set and look water tight.Overall decent string lights.Not as bright after a week using..i put them inside and down the hallway..now was a bright hall now dim hall..well thats china for yaBought 8 boxes of these “outdoor” lights to hang up outside for the holidays. Noticed that each of the bulb casings was taking on water! They were screwed on well. Now that I am taking them down I am finding that I have to take each clear bulb off of the strand and let it dry out…. Way more work than I expected for this set. If it rains where you live, don’t hang these outside…Great products and customer service, strongly recommended!They are not the colour shown they a very white, I wanted a warmer light?
