I love to decorate the windows with battery operated lights (since we don't have electric sockets) but the scotch tape doesn't work with the condensation. The suction cups stay the whole holiday season and look very neat with the lights arranged neatly in a row. Sure does beat the scotch tape, and easy to remove. I also used these clips in my front window at home (see picture).
